Jeff Levinger represented a real estate partner in the appeal of a take-nothing judgment in his favor in a partner/construction dispute.  The Dallas Court of Appeals affirmed.  Bullough v. Meyer, No. 050000772CV (Tex. App. – Dallas 2001, pet. denied) (unpublished opinion).
