The Texas Bar Foundation has announced the selection of Jeff Levinger as the 2025 recipient of the Gregory S. Coleman Outstanding Appellate Lawyer Award. Levinger is the 15th recipient of the award, which was established in 2011 in honor and memory of Texas’s first solicitor general, Greg Coleman.
